Ernst & Young recruits 300 graduates a year and requires students with a proven academic track record, to join after successfully completing a B. Com Degree (Honours) in Accountancy, BAcc, Business Science, CTA, DIPAcc or equivalent CTA or equivalent. Other courses relevant to the organisation include, Bcomm Information Systems, Internal Auditing or PDM.
