In Response to: “I am trying to find colleges that do a blockman/butchers course in the Benoni East rand area, South Africa” We have found overseas that training to become a butcher is extremely well publicized however in South Africa we really battled. Finally we found a place called Freddy Hirsch (http://www.freddyhirsch.co.za) which offers a training course every in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
